App Overview
InvoiceApp is a business management tool that keeps your clients, invoices, quotations and payments in one place.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see โ it summarises everything at a glance.
Below that you will find a monthly revenue chart, an invoice status breakdown and your five most recent invoices.
Click the bell icon at the top right to list invoices that are due or overdue. Clicking any alert takes you straight to that invoice.
Clients
Clients holds your customer information. Once a client exists, you can select them on any invoice or quotation.
What a client record holds
- 1Click "Clients" in the left sidebar
- 2Click the "New Client" button at the top right
- 3Enter a name โ that is the only required field
- 4Click "Add Client" to save
No email for a client? Not a problem โ the record saves fine. You will only be prompted for one if you later try to email a document.
Invoices
An invoice is the bill you give a client for products or services. It carries line items, discounts, delivery charges and the full payment history.
Invoice statuses
- 1Go to "Invoices" โ "New Invoice"
- 2The invoice number fills in automatically, or type your own
- 3Set the issue date and due date
- 4Pick the client from the dropdown
- 5Use "Add Item" to add lines โ name, quantity, price
- 6Each item can also carry its own included items
- 7Fill in any discount amount and delivery charges
- 8Click "Create Invoice"
What are included items?
Inside any line item you can list the smaller parts that make it up โ a motor, a pump, cables. Give them a price and it counts towards the total; leave the price blank and they appear for information only.
How discounts work
The totals section has a "Discount Amount" field. Enter a flat amount such as 5000 and it is subtracted directly from the subtotal.

- 3Choose "Download PDF" or "Download JPG"
Quotations
A quotation is a price estimate you give a client before work begins. Quotations can include product photos.

- 1Open the quotation
- 2Click the "Convert to Invoice" button
- 3Every line item is copied across automatically
- 4Edit the invoice as needed, then save
Each quotation item can carry up to five product photos, and they appear in the PDF export too.
Payments
Record payments against an invoice, either in one go or in instalments. Every entry is kept.
- 1Open the invoice
- 2Click the "Add Payment" button
- 3Enter the amount and date
- 4Choose a method (Cash, Bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and so on)
- 5Optionally attach a reference number or screenshot
- 6Click "Save"
Once the full amount is received the status changes to "Paid" automatically. Payment history is included in the PDF export.
Settings
Settings is where you store your company information and the app's defaults.
Write one term per line. They fill in automatically on new invoices and quotations, and you can still edit them there.
Invoice Alerts
You get reminders before and after the due date, both in the app and by email.
Dashboard Bell Icon
Click the bell icon to open the list, then click any alert to jump straight to that invoice.
Email Alerts
Turn email alerts on in Settings and enter your address. You get one email a day whenever an invoice is due or overdue, and the same invoice is never emailed twice in a day.
The in-app bell alerts keep working even when email alerts are switched off.

- 5.Send it โ you can attach the PDF too

- 3.Enter the amount and date
- 4.Choose the method
- 5.Save
- 1.Click the bell icon on the dashboard
- 2.Look at the Overdue section
- 3.Or apply the "Overdue" filter on the Invoices page
